I hope all is well with you. After 49 years of dedicated service in the real estate industry, G Stiles Realty is closing its doors and merging with The Neil Company. I, along with most of our agents, have joined The Neil Company as we embark on this new chapter.

G Stiles Realty was founded by Georgia Stiles is 1977. I acquired the business from Georgia in 1998, and since then, we have continued to serve Douglas County with unwavering commitment. While we are changing locations, our dedication to the community and our clients remains as strong as ever. We are not leaving the real estate industry, rather, we are expanding our resources and opportunities to better serve you.

Both G Stiles Realty and The Neil Company began their journeys in 1977. By joining forces, we are combining G Stiles Realty’s deep-rooted presence with The Neil Company’s extensive property resources. This merger allows us to offer our clients more tools, greater reach, and the same dedicated service you have trusted since the 1970’s.
